JMM has gained a reputation through quality and service as one of the Southwest's finest and most versatile casework making companies. Pre-Construction Services- We work with you to help plan your budget whether starting with a hand-drawn sketch or an Auto-CAD file emailed to our estimators. We start early in the process so that we can help you get the most value for your project budget. We can help you design for custom or special requirements, with an eye for practicality and build ability.  
  Estimating- Our estimators routinely provide conceptual or budgetary estimates to clients. Our estimators are based on historical data that is constantly being updated with actual costs from current projects. Our estimators also provide "value engineering" with alternative designs and specifications.
Project Management- Each new project is assigned a full-time project manager who will supervise your project from start to finish. From the engineering stage to the completion of the install, our project managers keep a well coordinated eye on our projects to ensure their success. The project manager works closely with the project engineer to develop accurate and detailed shop drawings. He also works side by side with our production manager; plant superintendent and installation foremen to maintain the accuracy of the project as well as its schedule. Lastly the project manager works closely with you, our client, each step of the way to assure your full satisfaction.  
  Scheduling- The project Manager develops a detailed project schedule to track time critical operations, time-frame windows and deadlines in order to provide an accurate schedule. We are constantly utilizing this schedule to track and provide detailed information such as submittal dates, ship dates, critical item tracking, installation start dates, etc.
Custom Wood and Veneers- Once the lumber and veneers have been selected, our highly skilled staff carefully lays out the lumber and veneers for your custom millwork project to ensure the proper matching of each piece. The goal is for each room to be aesthetically balanced through grains, colors, seams and veneers. After assembly, we cross reference each cabinet to the architectural drawing to ensure design and dimensional integrity. In House Stain and Finish Shop- After we build your custom cabinetry and furniture, we prepare it for our custom finish process. We hand mix every batch of stain, lacquer and paint to blend colors to your exact specifications. Our custom finishes ensure a distinctive look and a long lasting luster.  


  Installation- Once your custom millwork has been fabricated and finished, its ready to be installed. The success of any installation starts at the drawing stage when we apply our actual field dimensions to the architectural drawings. We check and recheck our field measurements so that our installation process is quick and exact. Our friendly and professional installers ensure that the high quality standards and expertise that is built into your custom woodwork is reflected in the installation process itself.
Project Completion & Warranty- At the completion of the project, the Project Manager inspects all areas with the client to insure that everything is completed satisfactorily, delivers all warranties and Operations and Maintenance manuals, as well as any other paperwork associated with the final payment and project close out.
